Marjie Terry is Great on the Job’s Vice President of Client Service and Business Development. Marjie is an educator, social worker and workplace diversity specialist. She has spent the past 12 years managing program development in both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Marjie worked at Goldman Sachs as a graduate and undergraduate recruiter and diversity specialist. She focused on recruiting, training, promotion and retention efforts to increase diversity at all levels of the firm. Marjie also served as the Program Coordinator for Freedom Institute in New York City, leading health and wellness workshops, as well as coordinating programming with over sixty independent schools in New York City.
